Welcome to Nannee! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

Nannee is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help caregivers track and coordinate childcare activities.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Sharing login credentials outside your authorized caregivers is prohibited.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Nannee Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store settings.
• Nannee LLC does not directly process or store payment details.

4. Content Ownership

You own the data you create in Nannee. We process your data solely to provide app functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nannee LLC is not liable for damages resulting from app use. The app is provided “as is” without warranty.

6. Termination

You may stop using Nannee anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
